Arriving 10 minutes before your ticket time is more than enough. We ask you to observe the assigned time slot so that you don’t lose your access priority.

We will try to reschedule your visit for the next time slot, but we can’t guarantee this will be possible.

As a general rule, if you would like to change the date of your visit shown on the ticket, you must request the exchange at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. In certain cases, the ticket can be refunded, as described in our Terms of Sale. Furthermore, ticket holders have the right to a refund whenever access to Mirador Torre Glòries and/or Cloud Cities Barcelona is closed for causes due to THE EXHIBITIONS COMPANY, S. A. U. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if the ticket has not been validated. To request an exchange, the ticket holder must send an email to help@miradortorreglories.com. The exchange will be subject to availability. Please see our Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

If you have bought the general admission ticket online and not the general admission + immersive sculpture that includes the Cloud Cities Barcelona experience, once you arrive at Mirador Torre Glòries and depending on availability, you can buy your ticket to visit the walk-in sculpture by Tomás Saraceno separately.

The general admission ticket (including audio guide), which includes a visit to the immersive exhibition Hipermirador Barcelona and the Mirador on the 30th floor, where the sculpture by Tomás Saraceno is located, lasts approximately 50 minutes. The general admission + immersive sculpture, which includes all of the above, and also access to the immersive Cloud Cities Barcelona sculpture, lasts approximately 80 minutes. 

One is the entrance time for Mirador Torre Glòries and the other is the time you should be on floor 30 for your Cloud Cities Barcelona experience. You must observe both the times stated on your ticket.

Yes, the audio guide is included in the ticket price and is available in 10 languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Russian, Japanese and Korean. You can access the audio guide with your mobile device using a QR code. Mirador torre Glòries has free Wi-Fi for all its visitors. We recommend you bring your own headphones.

Yes, for the Cloud Cities Barcelona experience you must wear comfortable clothes, closed shoes and avoid wearing skirts and delicate fabrics. Take a look at the Admission Rules for Cloud Cities Barcelona.
